Do you offer free shipping? Plus

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only). Shipping rates for orders under the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order? Plus

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Regular shipping typically arrives in 4–7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.

Express arrives in 2–3 business days and Overnight arrives the next business day.

Teigan & Co is not responsible for carrier delays and does not refund shipping due to carrier issues.

Do you offer local pickup? Plus

Yes! Local pickup is available in Sumner, WA. Local returns may also be completed using this option.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Plus

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need help, please email sisters@teiganco.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

At this time, we only ship within theUnited States.

Easy returns Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to make a return? Plus

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs? Plus

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if I haven't received part of my order? Plus

If you are missing part of your order, please check:

1. Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.

2. The receipt/invoice in the bag, this will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will come separately.

3. If your order is arriving in multiple parcels then there will be a sticker on the bag to let you know the order has been split.

What items are final sale? Plus

All sale itemsaccessories, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Plus

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email sisters@teiganco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Fit can vary by style and brand. We include fit notes whenever possible to help guide your purchase.

Will you restock sold-out items? Plus

Some items may be restocked, while others are limited quantity. Signing up for restock notifications or joining our email list is the best way to stay updated.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do? Plus

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at sisters@teiganco.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
